Employers want more soft skills in the age of AI, says this study

Researchers asked 692 business leaders which skills they think will be important in the age of AI. Although many wanted technical skills, these weren’t the most in-demand. Among business leaders who frequently use AI, the quality they most want in staff is integrity. With 78% of them saying that integrity would grow in importance, in the age of AI.
