The undersea tunnel will be 27km long and will cut an 11-hour trip down to just 35 minutes. The tunnel will connect the districts of Randaberg and Bokn which are separated by a 27km body of water. Right now, the entire journey takes 21 hours along the winding E39 coastal highway. The €1.9 billion Rogfast tunnel will slice that journey time in half.
