What Is Causing The Famine In Somalia?

Somalia is facing its second famine in 10 years. As the country experiences its worst drought in four decades, four rainy seasons have failed in a row. While the experts say 5th failure is likely, without the rain, 7 million people are suffering acute food insecurity, and 3 million livestock have died from hunger and a lack of water. But what is causing the famine in Somalia?
