Somalia is facing its second famine in 10 years. As the country experiences its worst drought in four decades, four rainy seasons have failed in a row. While the experts say 5th failure is likely, without the rain, 7 million people are suffering acute food insecurity, and 3 million livestock have died from hunger and a lack of water.
