Andrew Lenton

Andrew Lenton is an biogeochemical oceanographer with three main areas of research interest: i) the role the ocean plays in the global carbon cycle; ii) ocean acidification and its interactions with other changes (e.g. ocean warming), and climate intervention. He is co-author on the latest IPCC AR5 assessment report, leads an international working group on ocean carbon, and the Carbon Dioxide Removal Model Intercomparsion Project, and is closely engaged in research efforts both nationally and internationally.
