Ellen McCullough

PhD candidate in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics, Cornell University

Ellen McCullough is a PhD candidate in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics at Cornell University. She plans to graduate in May 2016. Her research focused on structural change in African economies and the links between agricultural technology and occupational choices. Before entering the doctoral program, Ellen worked as an Associate Program Officer in Agricultural Development at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and as an economist at the UN Food and Agriculture Program. She holds a BS and an MS in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
