With the World Economic Forum: joined in 2000 as Editor in Media and Communications; former Manager, Global Competitiveness Programme, engaging more than 120 country partners to help promote and achieve sustained economic growth and well-being; has held several executive positions, most recently as Head of Programme Design leading the design, development and delivery of the Forum's Annual Meeting in Davos, its Annual Meeting of the New Champions in China, Sustainable Development Impact Summit, and other major events worldwide; currently, Managing Director and Head of People and Culture, responsible for leading the Forum’s people and culture strategy worldwide, shifting towards a more adaptive and dynamic ecosystem of talent.
