Kesang Tashi Ukyab

Lead, Cyber Resilience, Electricity, World Economic Forum

Kesang Tashi Ukyab specializes in building global industry coalitions and has a proven track record of creating multistakeholder consensus between public and private sectors on topics relating to technologies and their applications in various critical infrastructure industries. Prior to his current role leading cyber resilience at the World Economic Forum, he served as the Senior Manager, Innovation and Technology at Airports Council International (ACI) – World where he led the Cybersecurity, ACRIS Data Standardization and Digital Transformation portfolios for the industry. Kesang Tashi led ACI’s delegation to the United Nations – ICAO Cybersecurity Panel and served as Chair for the United Nations-ICAO Cybersecurity Working Group on Airlines and Aerodromes. He is a recurring guest lecturer at McGill University on Cybersecurity in Integrated Aviation Management, and has served as an Advisor on the World Economic Forum’s Cyber Resilience in Aviation Advisory Committee. He holds a MBA from the University of International Business and Economics.
