Kornel is cooperating with Statkraft – Europe's largest renewable electricity producer. His ambition is to contribute to a more sustainable future by accelerating the energy transition of Poland.
He has more than a decade of experience in energy and natural resources. Previously, as a COO of the BU of one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Poland, he coordinated regulatory affairs for 20+ energy-intensive factories, traded power, natural gas and certificates. He created energy strategies for companies in steel, non-ferrous metals, automotive and chemical sectors.
In parallel, he is a PhD researcher in the EU competition law and a founding team member of several enterprises and social initiatives. Recognized, among others, by the Goldman Sachs Foundation, and the U.S. Department of State. Speaker at a number of events including GMF's Brussels Forum. Triple major graduate of the University of Warsaw, studied also at Sciences Po Paris.
