Shruthi is of South Indian descent and based in Aotearoa New Zealand. She holds an MBA from Oxford University, was a Sem-Finalist for the Young New Zealander of the Year Award and is a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum. Over the last 10 years she has worked with changemakers and leaders in a number of different countries from India to US to South Africa to UK, in cross cultural contexts and shared her perspectives on various international platforms including the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.
