Poly Group is one of the largest Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOE). It has five main business areas: international trade, real estate development, culture and arts, resource investment and exploitation, explosive materials and blasting services for civilians. Poly Real Estate Group, a Poly Group subsidiary, is one of the largest Chinese real estate development companies. The real estate business accounts for about 90% of Poly Group's business.
