Director of Smart AgriFood Obsevatory at the Polytechnic of Milan. She holds a master degree in Business Administration awarded with honours and a PhD in “Agrisystem”, achieved in 2014, issued by the doctoral school on food systems of the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”. She has more than 10 years of research experience in the agricultural and food sector. Her research involves digital strategies and innovations in the agrifood sector, food traceability, smart farming, food sustainability; on these topics, she is co-author of more than 50 articles published on professional journals and reports for practitioners. She has collaborated with national and international consulting companies and startups in the field of food sustainability (environmental impacts, social impacts, water management), conducting research and dissemination activities (stakeholder engagement, networking platforms and communication).
