Dr. Truong Gia Binh is a Vietnamese businessman, currently Founder & Executive Chairman of FPT Group.

Dr. Binh is also:
- Head of Research and Development Board (Department 4 - formed by Vietnam Prime Minister Office) - that bridges between companies and Vietnam Government as well as proposes, re-structure and counsel new policies, regulations toward Vietnam Government.

- Founder of Vietnam Software Association (includes ~500+ software companies in Vietnam).

- Chairman of Vietnam Digital Agriculture Association.

- Member of Vietcombank's Board Directors.

He founded FPT in 1988 and have led FPT since then. After 33 years of history, FPT is currently a multi-billion conglomerate, with 33,000 staffs across the sectors :
- 3rd largest Telecom Provider in Vietnam
- #1 Software Outsourcing Services in Southeast Asia
- #1 System Integrator in Vietnam
- #1 Private Education Business in Vietnam
- #1 Distribution & Retail company in Vietnam.

Dr. Binh earned his in Maths-Physics in 1983 at Mechanical Mathematics Department, Moscow National General University, Lomonosov, Russian Federation.

He's a Professor since 1991, being the Dean of Department of Business Administration, Department of Hanoi School of Business, Hanoi National University.
