The search for eco-friendly drinking straws is forcing bars and restaurants to consider alternatives to paper including cornstarch, glass, bamboo and even hay. The piece references the Forum's 2016 New Plastics Economy report that predicted there'd be more plastic than fish in the world's oceans by 2050.
