110 Million People Globally Have Been Forced From Their Homes

It’s the highest number of displaced people on record and last year, the total grew by 19 million. The largest annual increase yet recorded. 35.3 million of the global total were refugees, meaning they had fled across international borders. While 62.5 million were displaced in their home countries. Half the world’s displaced people come from 3 countries: Ukraine, Syria and Afghanistan.
