Researchers have invented a new fabric that keeps you cool

In 2024, massive heatwaves swept parts of the globe causing spikes in heat-related hospitalizations and deaths. The new fabric has layers to combat both types of heat and a third layer to wick away sweat from the body. A thicker version of the fabric could be used in buildings, cars, and food storage, the team says.
