In the Future of Jobs Report 2025, ‘farmworker’ is the fastest growing role in the next 5 years with 35 million new vacancies set to be created by 2030. But the role of the farmer is changing too, says D’Alissac, amid the twin pressures of a changing climate and the global sustainability agenda.
