Fellows

Diversity is one of our strengths: Global Leadership Fellows come from truly diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Their different life experiences, interests and ambitions are key to the learning experience on the programme. Fellows come from business, government, civil society, international organizations and academia. Many are also entrepreneurs who have started their own companies or social initiatives.

The common denominator is that all fellows are ambitious and highly educated professionals with great leadership potential and strong motivation to improve the state of the world. Almost half of fellows hold at least two master’s degrees and one in six has a PhD – often from the world’s best universities. They are usually between 28 and 33 years old and have a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
