Adam Triggs

Adam Triggs is a doctoral candidate in economics at the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University. In 2017-18 he was a visiting researcher at the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C. He is a former advisor on the G20 and global economy at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and was a former advisor to the Shadow Assistant Treasurer, the Hon. Andrew Leigh MP. Adam has worked as an economic consultant at the East Asian Bureau of Economic Research, the Cape York Institute and the Australian Competition and Consumer Competition. Adam holds a bachelor's degree in law, a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in international economics and is completing his PhD in macroeconomics at the Australian National University.
