Angela supports OECD members and partners to co-create the global future by using actionable, policy relevant foresight. Angela has conducted over 100 future projects, including several large scale international initiatives. She is an experienced foresight practitioner, scholar and executive educator. Angela spent nearly a decade as a senior member of Shell’s global scenario team and is co-author of a book The Essence of Scenarios. She holds a PhD in Physics.
