Previously, she has worked for the largest railway operator and infrastructure owner in Europe complementing their intrapreneurship unit to support the development of new digital business models. In addition, she has gained deeper insights into German administration through her work as policy advisor, including clients such as the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Anna Alles studied business, social and cultural psychology in London, Lüneburg and Kuala Lumpur.
