He was inspired to build Collective Benefits after a back injury left him out of work for six months and he realized how financially crippling such an injury would be with no sick pay.
Prior to Collective Benefits, Anthony was the Global Head of Innovation at Aviva and also founded Unbound Innovations, a global media company (exit in 2016).
