António Costa started his activity at Kaizen Institute in 1999. In recent years he has been essentially focused on the coordination and development of new areas such as the management of full-scale global projects regarding Services, Retail and Health. He has an extensive experience in Cultural Change processes and Kaizen Lean Transformation initiatives. António is an Engineer from Oporto Engineering University. He is a guest lecturer and MBA teacher at recognized business schools such MIT, Oporto Business School, Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. He is passionate with strategy and exponential growth. António Costa is married has 2 children and 2 dogs, is favourite hobby is to play golf.
