Christian Geppert

Economist, OECD

Christian Geppert is an Economist in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs of the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD). He is part of OECD's Pensions and Population Ageing unit where his research is focused on ageing, retirement and inequality. Before joining the OECD in 2016, Christian worked as a post-doctoral researcher in economics at Goethe University Frankfurt. Christian holds a doctoral degree from Goethe University Frankfurt for his thesis "Macroeconomic Effects of Demographic Change: The Role of Human Capital" and a master's degree in economics from University of Cologne.
