Head Director\'s Staff, Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research

Dr. Daniel Klingenfeld is Head of Director's Staff at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. He is in charge of the scientific and organizational support of Professor Schellnhuber and manages the dialogue with politics, business, and society at large. Furthermore, he is coordinating the activities of PIK as a core partner of the Climate Knowledge and Innovation Community (Climate-KIC) of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Daniel Klingenfeld has been working at PIK since September 2009, intially as a research analyst for the director at the German Advisory Council on Global Change to the Federal Government (WBGU).
