Dave Duarte is Chief Executive Officer of Treeshake, a full-service education company. He is passionate about developing creative entrepreneurs and innovators. Previously, Duarte was Programme Director at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, where he still teaches MBA and several executive education courses. His topic of expertise is digital marketing. Duarte headed up Creative Commons South Africa and co-founded South Africa’s first Social Media agency, Cerebra. He serves on Endeavor’s Venture Corps, and as Trustee for the Reach Trust, which serves over 2 million South Africans with mobile health support and advice. He is an award winning blogger and Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
