Douglas Randall

Research Analyst, Finance & Market Global Practice

Douglas Randall is a Research Analyst in the Financial Infrastructure and Access team of the Finance & Market Global Practice. He works on a range of responsible finance issues, including monitoring and evaluation systems for financial inclusion, the development of National Financial Inclusion Strategies, financial capability program development, and the WBG’s Universal Financial Access agenda. Douglas joined the Bank in 2009 and worked in the Development Economics Research Group (DECRG) until 2013. He has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Tufts University and a M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
