Dr. Eckart Windhagen is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company´s Frankfurt office. He is a leader in the EMEA Financial Institutions and Public Sector Practices, serving leading financial and public institutions in Germany and Europe. Moreover, he is a member of the McKinsey Global Institution (MGI) Council.
He focuses on long-term transformations integrating strategic organisational and other functional and business aspects. Dr. Windhagen has deep expertise at the cross-section of financial services and public sector, serving central banks, systematic institutions and market infrastructure providers globally for more than 18 years.
