Ginelle is a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with a MSc in International Trade Policy from the University of the West Indies, Barbados and a PhD on Green Energy Transition Policy in Small Island States from the University of York, United Kingdom. She is very passionate about supporting achievement of the SDGs and related work in the areas of climate change, green transition, environmental policy and youth action. She has worked in international and multi-stakeholder settings where her past experience includes project management, impact evaluation/ measurement, results based management, policy analysis and research (quantitative and qualitative), new media and communication services with international donors, not for profits, working with governments and supporting private sector in international trade.
