Isabella Blosser

Senior Advisor , Partnership for Central America

Isabella Blosser serves as Senior Advisor to the Partnership. She previously served as the Global Chief of Staff to the WHO Ambassador for Global Strategy and Health Financing, Ray Chambers. Isabella graduated in 2018 from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University with Honors. While there, Isabella studied Science, Technology and International Affairs with a certificate in Global Health Policy and a minor in French, with specific research in global health security and financing and equitable models for healthcare delivery. In 2019, Isabella completed her Masters in International Health Policy and Economics with Merit from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is concurrently a full-time law student at Georgetown University, where she is a Human Rights Associate for the Georgetown Human Rights Institute (HRI) and a Public Interest Fellow.
