Jacqueline Heard is CEO and founder of Enko, which designs safe and sustainable solutions to the biggest crop threats farmers face. An agricultural industry veteran, she has devoted more than twenty years to identifying and developing technology that improves the resilience and sustainability of food production. She spent more than a decade in leadership roles at Monsanto, and has been a Partner at Flagship Ventures and remains a Venture Partner at Anterra Capital.

Jacqueline founded Enko to create new tools for farmers to safely and sustainably protect their fields from the crippling threats of pests, superweeds and new diseases. Backed by investors including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Enko projects developing products more than 25-30% faster than the industry standard.
