Kathy Wengel
Kathryn E. (Kathy) Wengel is Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Operations & Risk Officer and Executive Committee Member, Johnson & Johnson.
She leads a global team focused on the continued strengthening of the Company’s core technical operations, supply, and risk
management capabilities.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp) and is Chairman of the
Board of Directors for the National Association of Manufacturers in the U.S., as well as prior Board Chair of GS1 Global.
In 2019, Kathy was recognized by the Council of Supply Management Professionals with its lifetime Distinguished Service
Award and elected to the Supply Chain Hall of Fame.
She holds a BSE in civil engineering and operations research from Princeton University.
