Keegan is an American who worked for the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) in London. He received his MPH from the University of Dundee, and recently accepted a PhD Studentship/Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Edge Hill University. His PhD research will focus on exploring the staff perceptions of patient safety in three Ambulance Service NHS Trusts in England.
