Lisa Kepinski is the founder of Inclusion Institute with 20 years of experience in working with Inclusion & Diversity. She is also co-author of the Inclusion Nudges Guidebook (2015, 2016) and co-founder of the non-profit Inclusion Nudges Global Community of Sharing, which is a global movement of sharing behavioural design techniques to mitigate bias & promote inclusion.
