Maria Monica Wihardja

Economist, Poverty and Equity Global Practice, World Bank

Maria Monica Wihardja is an Economist at the World Bank Office in Jakarta. In 2017, she was seconded to the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia as a senior advisor to the Deputy Chief Staff in charge of strategic economic issues. She has a PhD in Regional Science from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, and Master’s Degree in Economics from Cambridge University, Cambridge, UK.
