When G-P founder and CEO Nicole Sahin created the employer of recorded industry, she envisioned a world where the best talent could work together more often on globally distributed teams. Nicole quit her job and traveled the world to validate her concept. A year later, she founded G-P, creating the means for organizations to hire anyone, anywhere within minutes. It changed the rules of international business and spawned the rapidly growing global employer industry, an essential resource for businesses competing in an increasingly remote and globalized world.

For the past decade, G-P has led companies like Zoom and Yelp on the path to fast and easy international growth. In 2021, Goldman Sachs honored Nicole as one its most intriguing entrepreneurs of the year, and Inc. Magazine named her a Top 100 Female Founder. A year later, Fast Company recognized Nicole’s global employer blueprint as one of its World Changing Ideas. Today, G-P is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Innovators Community.

As a dedicated advocate for children’s wellness and economic equity, Nicole works with Water for People and Give Directly and serves on the board of School the World, which builds schools for rural communities in Guatemala, Honduras, and Cambodia. She’s also a member of the Philanthropy Circle of the Nobel Women’s Initiative.
