Paul Gubbins is a wonsultant with the World Bank.
Paul formerly worked to advance financial inclusion by leading FSD Kenya's research on consumer insights and digital finance. Before joining FSD Kenya, Paul previously worked with the World Bank conducting research on poverty, inequality and employment and provided analytical support for the expansion and targeting strategies of Kenya's social protection programs. Paul also worked with the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) studying the flow of international resources supporting health globally. Paul holds a Master's in Public Administration from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs.
