Shivanth is the founding CEO of NIBL Ace Capital, offering bond issuance, IPO's, advisory, mutual fund management, portfolio management and depository services, now called NIBL Ace Capital after a merger with Ace Capital. Shivanth is co-founder/chairman of M! Nepal a social enterprise/fin-tech offering an Agent based banking wallet to Bank Correspondents and mobile wallets to the unbanked. Shivanth started a joint venture in Nepal with African Resonance called Resonance Nepal which manages the largest fleet of card payment terminals in Nepal which hosts supplementary applications such as airtime top up and bill payments. Shivanth helped found ICRA Nepal, a credit rating agency and his family is a controlling promoter in Nepal Investment Bank, the largest private bank in Nepal and a WEF member. Shivanth is a Director/Promoter in the Himalayan Infrastructure Fund, 22.5 MW Mandu Hydropower and 100 MW Nilgiri Hydropower and Aloft Hotel Kathmandu. Shivanth started his career at Deloite, in the Emerging Markets Group in development consultancy in London in 2005. He returned to Nepal in 2007, working for Nepal Investment Bank from a management trainee to the department head of Research & Development, where he worked to establish the banks Micro-finance, Capital Markets and Financial Outreach programs. Shivanth served in the U.N Youth Advisory Panel, Nepal and is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, Nepalese Young Entreprenuers Foundation, SAARC Youth Entrepreneurs Forum and is a Global Shaper Alumni of WEF. Shivanth has an M.A in Financial Economics from the University of St Andrews 2005
