Steve Krouskos
Steve Krouskos is responsible for EY services and business functions across the globe. He oversees
our strategy and its execution for all functions, including technology, finance, risk management,
legal, shared services, and procurement.
Steve previously served as EY Global Vice Chair – Strategy and Transactions (SaT), responsible
for driving growth and investment priorities for EY Global Strategy and Transactions (SaT).
Steve has more than 25 years of experience in M&A, advising corporate and private-equity clients on
multi-billion-dollar cross-border transactions.
Throughout his career, he has served clients across a wide range of industries spanning consumer
products, industrial products, life sciences, transportation and logistics, technology,
communications, professional services and franchising.
Steve is a CPA. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from the
University of Florida
