Summer is a human rights lawyer in the United States that focuses on international Indigenous rights. She has worked at the nexus of Indigenous rights and environmental racism. Her piece Violence Against the Earth Begets Violence Against Women was published in 2019 in the Arizona Journal of Envrionmental Law & Policy. Stop Line 3 is pending publication in the CUNY Law Review. She is a Supporting and Design Partner with the World Economic Forum.
