Executive Vice President, Head Delivery Operations – US, Canada & LATAM, Infosys

Srikantan Moorthy, known as Tan to friends and colleagues, is an Executive Vice President at Infosys. An accomplished business leader, with over 3 decades of experience in the global IT services industry, Tan is one of the senior executives at Infosys. He has played leadership roles across a wide range of areas including sales, client delivery and corporate functions. A client-oriented empathetic business leader, Tan has a successful track record in strategy, operational excellence, education, talent development and technology implementation. Currently, he heads the delivery operations for the U.S, Canada & LATAM and globally leads the Education, Training & Assessments group at Infosys. An Infoscion since the last 20 years, Tan has served in the capacity of Head of Application Development & Maintenance and as Group Head of HR at Infosys.
In his current role as head of delivery operations, Tan has responsibility for the effective onboarding, training, deployment and engagement of Infosys employees across the US. As Head of the Learning function at Infosys, Tan leads the world’s largest residential corporate university and oversees partnerships with US universities and community college systems. In his prior role as Head of Infosys Education & Research, Tan was responsible for scaling the entry-level education at Infosys to train 14,000 people on a single day at the Infosys Global Education Center in India.
Tan has been an active representative of Infosys in several professional organizations including the Professional Development Committee of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services in India) Education Council, IFEES (International Federation of Engineering Education Societies) and the United Nations working group for GISD (Global Investment for Sustainable Development). Tan is a trustee on the board of Infosys Foundation, USA.
Tan has a degree in Engineering from Bangalore University. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Coventry University, UK for his work in developing competencies of working professionals.
