Managing Director, Corporate Solutions, Latin America, JLL

Current responsibilities:
Washington currently serves as JLL Corporate Solutions’ Latin America Managing Director, where he oversees service delivery to JLL’s existing client base and business development in the 23 countries served out of 12 JLL offices throughout the region.

Prior experience:
He brings to this role roughly 30 years of experience and a wealth of industry and regional knowledge.
Prior to joining JLL, Washington served as CEO of ISS Brazil, where he led a successful turnaround and grew the organization’s facilities services to a team of more than 20,000 employees.
He led Adecco, a 35.000 employees Company, as Latin America CEO improving margins, profitability and a successful Brazil turnaround.
He also held diverse leadership roles including Xerox Global Services Emerging Markets VP & GM. In his more than 20 years at Xerox in Brazil and the U.S., overseeing the company’s growth in 120 emerging countries including those in Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. Washington also served as Xerox Brazil VP & GM, becoming the 3rd Xerox largest operations worldwide.

Education and affiliations
Washington graduated in Business Administration from Universidade do Distrito Federal, completed post-graduate work in Strategic Marketing at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and completed an MBA at Fundação  Dom Cabral.

Married with two children, he enjoys horses and soccer.
