Wiebe Boer is Chief Executive Officer of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, an Africa-based and African-funded not-for profit institution dedicated to the promotion and celebration of excellence in business leadership and entrepreneurship across Africa. Previously, he served as an Associate Director with the Rockefeller Foundation’s Africa Regional Office based in Nairobi, Kenya. Wiebe joined the Rockefeller Foundation in early 2008 after three years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta Office.
