ACLEDA Bank

Founded in 1993 by the International Labour Organization and UN Development, the Association of Cambodian Local Economic Development Agencies (ACLEDA) NGO transformed into a specialized bank – ACLEDA Bank – in 2000 with $4 million in capital. In December 2003, ACLEDA Bank was licensed as a commercial bank with $13 million in capital. In May 2020, the bank listed its shares on Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX). ACLEDA Bank has $9.44 billion in total assets and 4 million customers. ACLEDA Mobile has 2.76 million subscribers and 240,000 business partners. Its subsidiaries are ACLEDA Bank Lao, ACLEDA Securities, ACLEDA Institute of Business, and ACLEDA MFI Myanmar.
