Comprehensive Rural Health Project (CRHP)

The Comprehensive Rural Health Project (CRHP) provides primary healthcare through the Jamkhed Model project. Its main areas of work include the empowerment of communities, holistic health, environmental development, agricultural development, education and peace building. The Jamkhed Institute of Training and Research in Community Health and Population provides training to thousands of health and other professionals in over 100 countries. It is currently working with the Indian Government to implement the Jamkhed Model in the tribal areas of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh states, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and at central government level.
