CLN dates back to 1948, when Mario Magnetto set up his very first steelworks. Today the group is one of the leading international players on the world market of processing, stamping and assembly of metal components for the automotive business through its MA Division and for steel wheels through its MW Division. The company is present on four continents, with more than 30 production sites (subsidiaries). CLN employs nearly 7,500 people.
