Horizon Capital is a private equity firm launched in 2006 that originates and manages investments in mid-cap companies with growth and profit potential in Ukraine and Moldova.
The firm manages seven funds - 5 in its core Growth Fund family of funds focused on backing visionary entrepreneurs leading export and domestic champions; 1 in its newly-launched reconstruction-focused Catalyst Fund to accelerate market entry to Ukraine of global funds and international strategics in key sectors including energy, digital infrastructure, construction and industrial; and, investment mandates relating to the U.S. Enterprise Fund for the region, Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF). Horizon Capital has over $1.8 billion in assets under management from over 40 institutional investors with $700 billion in combined capital.
