Louis Dreyfus Company (formerly known as Louis Dreyfus Commodities) is a global merchandiser of commodities and processor of agricultural goods operating a network of assets around the world. Its activities span farm to fork, throughout a range of business lines. Since 1851, its portfolio has grown to include oilseeds, grains, rice, freight, finance, coffee, cotton, sugar, juice, dairy, fertilisers and inputs, and metals. Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs some 22,000 people at peak season.
