Pie Healthcare is a Seoul-based digital health company founded in 2015. The company develops healthcare software that supports the collection and analysis of health data for disease management and patient engagement. Building on this foundation, Pie Healthcare is developing AI-enabled retinal imaging software to support screening and clinical decision-making for ophthalmic conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and epiretinal membrane. The company is also exploring the use of fundus images to support early risk assessment for neurological and cardiovascular conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and carotid stenosis.
