Founded in 2010, Primavera is an Asia-Pacific-based global investment firm that serves investors, portfolio companies and communities where they operate. Primavera manages both RMB and US dollar funds for leading institutions, corporations and families around the world. As of 2020, it had invested in over 90 portfolio companies. Primavera manages capital for public and corporate pensions, foundations, insurance companies, banks, sovereign wealth funds, global asset managers and family offices. It invests across the spectrum, from venture financing, late-stage growth equity, and credit financing to buyouts and control-oriented transactions. As of 2021, Primavera had over $17 billion in assets under management.
