There's growing wisdom on what enables collective action and what could be barriers to it, having the right partners and goals are critical to its success.
The Punjab Education Collective (PEC) was born out of a union of two key aspirations: to nurture Punjab (a state in India) into a land of hope, courage and possibilities and an aspiration to develop a model of how education could be improved in a collective, systemic manner. PEC strives to understand key educational challenges, to innovate and design approaches and solutions that will work at scale, to scale these solutions leveraging open technology, and to develop a practice of continuous monitoring and evaluation using a data-driven approach.
